Influenza? What is it?
The influenza (influenza) is a highly contagious infection of the nose, throat and lungs. This disease can be very serious, especially for people who belong to groups that are at risk. The symptoms of influenza are: a strong fever lasting from 3 to 4 days, headaches, generalized aches, extreme tiredness, weaknesses and tiredness being able to last until 2-3 weeks and of respiratory faintnesses. One should not especially confuse influenza with the cold and the intestinal influenza. Making yourself vaccinate against influenza at each year is the best way for immunizing you. The vaccine does not give the influenza.
Is there any counter-indication?
The patients who have allergies to eggs can have an allergic reaction after the injection of the vaccine, because it contains eggs extracts. On the other hand, the vaccine does not represent any danger to the pregnant or nursing women.
How do I prepare my employees to the vaccination?
We provide you the questionnaire here that each person who wants to have the vaccination must fill as a preliminary. The employee must absolutely provide the number of insurance-disease card and its expiration date. The doctor or the nurse will revise this questionnaire with the patient before the injection of the vaccine. The professional of health will give then some recommendations to the patient. With the help of a doctor and a nurse, we are in the possibility, under ideal conditions, to vaccinate up to 40 patients an hour. It would be also preferable that you place at our disposal a room (waiting and rest) with tables, chairs and folding screens (if possible) to ensure the comfort and intimacy of your employees who will be vaccinated. The patients will have to remain under observation in this room near the doctor and the nurse from 10 to 15 minutes in order to prevent any risk of allergic reaction.
Why would I make vaccinate my employees?
Because it is proven that the companies that make vaccinate their employees reduce their rate of absenteeism considerably and realize savings. Moreover, the private clinics of vaccination in work environment are increasingly popular like means of countering the influenza. 2. If you do not have the budget to make vaccinate your employees but that those would wish nevertheless to have the service of vaccination on the spot, you just have to make an information campaign (you base on what we provided you) inside of your company to recruit sufficient number of people to be vaccinated. We will move for a minimum of 20 people. You must then fix with us a date and an hour of vaccination. We will establish a schedule with the list of your employees who wish to get vaccinated. The vaccine is then at the cost of 20$. Either money is gathered in advance by someone in your company, or the employees pay in turn at the time of vaccination.
